Drbinayak Deb

Dr. Binayak Deb is currently working as a Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at NH- Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Kolkata. Dr. Binayak Deb completed his MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from SCB Medical College, Cuttack, India in1984. He obtained MRCP in 1992 and Diploma in Cardiology from University of London in 1992. Dr.Binayak Deb obtained his Higher training in Interventional Cardiology in St.James’ Hospital , Dublin, Ireland and Brompton Hospital, London, UK. Later he worked as a Consultant Cardiologist and HOD Cardiology in National University Hospital and Alexandra Hospital, Singapore. He was also involved in teaching as Lecturer in Cardiology at National University Singapore. Dr.Binayak Deb joined NH- Qualifications: MBBS, MRCP, Diploma Cardiology(London) RTIICS from its inception in April 2000 and is involved actively in adult coronary interventional work, involving angiograms, coronary angioplasty with stenting , intravascular untrasound and pacemaker implantations. Dr.Binayak Deb has been actively involved in multicentre mega interventional pioneering clinical trials like GUSTO, BENESTENT, GRACE, OASIS , ENDEAVOUR,WISDOM, and REALITY trials in Ireland, UK and Singapore. Dr.Binayak Deb has authored a book “ACUTE CORONARY CARE - A GUIDE TO PATIENT MANAGEMENT” Binayak Deb, I.Graham, M.Walsh.
