Life IS wonderful and what you make of it. I think the Jason Mraz song best describes my life right now. You cannot know happiness without sadness and vice versa. You need balance and that is what I seek in life. I strongly believe in Karma as well. How I treat you is how I want to be treated. This whole online dating thing is new and strange to me. I want to meet new and interesting people and maybe something more (the one) may happen. I am not looking for someone to make me happy, but instead to share my happiness with. I value my integrity above all else of my traits. It has helped to get me through some really tough times in my life. That is the one thing that if you lose it...it's gone. I will never lose it. I know who I am and how to be happy. I don't know who my ideal match is, but I feel confident that I will figure it out after I meet that person. Like anything in life, a relationship is a lot of work, but it is worth it. It is really hard to write this and stereotype myself because I have so many interests. I have been re-inventing myself as of recently due to multiple things..and I would be more than happy to discuss it if you are interested. I need to take care of me... to take care of others. That is important. It is easy as a parent to ignore your needs, thinking that you are helping your kids, but you are their example and they need you. There is a time and place for everything important in my life. When I find my "match", she will be the center of my life and hopefully that will be reciprocated. Children grow up and our ultimate goal is to make them independent and able to stand on their own even though we are always there if they fall. If your kids are your only priority, where does that leave you when they start their own family? I tend to be very open and matter of fact about my beliefs but I do respect others and their beliefs.
