Who We are: RQ Solutions, LLC is a firm led by young, driven professionals with diverse backgrounds in multiple industries such as healthcare and hospital systems, education, and industrial marketing and business development. We collaborated to broaden the horizons of traditional patient care by using our various backgrounds as the tool to expand on the resources to create our own assets, not compete with seasoned executives. Our Purpose: We want to serve Houston and the surrounding cities by executing authentic solutions that redefine resilience and quality of life for mental health patients. The impact of outside influences, such as physical exposure, social, environmental and spatial distribution factors, all play a significant role in the cognitive and behavioral processes. Our purpose serves the disconnection found in holistic approaches that provide synergistic treatments for mental injuries as these factors are taken into consideration collectively, rather than addressing each factor deeply in a separate manner. We believe revolution, not reform, to be the answer to the fragments in delivery of mental health patient care services. Therefore, this is the force that fuels our movement because current healthcare reforms and proposals do not effectively produce the changes America desperately needs. An interconnected society thrives on higher quality audits of solutions that can realistically be measured and continuously refined many decades from now. Every decision we make towards breaking away from traditional patient care these healthcare reforms attract, requires our team to have discipline in our goals. It revolves around the only constant in this world, change, which developed our core values behind how patient care will be delivered. Our Aspirations: We strive to be our community’s advocate and patient care of choice because we foster cultures of individuality that empower physical and mental balance from within. Our platform promotes the fundamental element of change that is diversity. This single element features the strong abilities to complement, adapt and grow with traditional practices, as well as, the new generation of mental health solutions while encouraging self-discoveries toward healing the body, mind, soul and spirit. The Future: We intend to create job opportunities for professionals outside of the healthcare industry to feed into mental health solutions. RQ Solutions will develop a Veteran’s Foundation, from the ground up, that deeply reflects the hospital’s dedication to give back to veterans who have actively served our country. We will fight for them to get the undivided and personable medical attention they need because every veteran should receive long-term care to help mentally and physically stabilize their way of life in society after their traumatic experiences.
