Song Song

Song Song, or as her friends know her, “Song,” is a Chinese immigrant who is now a U.S. citizen, who came by herself to the United States in 2000 to build a better life. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in accountancy in 2005 while supporting herself by working a full time job in accounting. She obtained her CPA credentials in 2007. She then worked for the State of California in their Board of Equalization doing auditing work. But her passion has been in real estate, and went at it full time in Los Angeles. In April 2013, Song turned her first-time meeting date into her first real estate client and hasn’t paused her real estate profession since then. Today, she still maintains a professional relationship with that client and his family. Her practice area now is mainly focused in Irvine, California. In Thanksgiving 2017, she teamed up with her business partner. Together, her team has a combined 14-years of real estate experience. They understand the Irvine real estate market. Every day, she and her partner, both Irvine residents, study, generate, and hand-deliver market information to the thousands of local neighbors in Irvine. Those neighbors are located, but not limited, to Eastwood, Cypress Village, Stonegate, Laguna Altura, Hidden Canyon, Portola Springs, Turtle Ridge, and Oak Creek in Irvine, and Baker Ranch in Lake Forest. Further, Song and her partner keep a close relationship with a pool of Mainland Chinese buyers investing in Irvine.
